CrossFit Chickasaw is a strength and conditioning facility located in Memphis, Tennessee. We use CrossFit training methods to produce the fastest and most effective results for each member of our community. Recent News

Sarah Aldy and Diana Stercula completed the CrossFit Movement and Mobility Trainer Course held at West Little Rock CrossFit November 15th in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Gregg Dondeville and Chris Oswalt completed the CrossFit Level 1 Trainers Course at CrossFit Chickasaw on November 8th & 9th.

Dwight Quarles competed in the Carolinas Beast Spartan Race held in Winnsboro, South Carolina on October 25th.  Dwight finished a respectable 686 out of 911 participants in the men's 30-34 age group.

Alyssia Barton finished 2nd in the 20-24 age group and 25th overall female at the Soaring Wings Half Marathon on October 25th in Conway, Arkansas.

Chris Dewan and Diana Stercula, competing on 4 person team "Twerkin & Jerkin", placed 3rd in the Oktoberfest Team competition held October 19th  at CrossFit Ktown in Knoxville, Tennessee.
