Our Mission

CrossFit Chickasaw specializes in general physical preparedness (GPP). We provide people with the physical competence and confidence to excel at the challenges we face in the real world, whether those challenges are of our choosing or unexpectedly thrust upon us. We range from lifelong athletes to people starting from square one, and everyone in between. You will need patience and dedication to excel here. Our workouts are tough, but everything can be scaled/modified to meet your current abilities. We work together as a community supporting, inspiring, and challenging each other.

Our program is crafted to get you as fit as possible in an hour or less a day. We broker in functional movements, variety, and intensity. We ask you to do things you’re not good at. We ask you to embrace the suck of a hard workout. And, we tell you to pay attention to what you eat. Do these things and results are inevitable.

At CrossFit Chickasaw our sole focus is on a comprehensive, long lasting fitness. Do the things you want to do. Be ready to handle all that the world decides to throw at you. Live a long, healthy, active life. Come join us!

Recent News

Congratulations to Jason Hill who PR'ed in a big way (1:27:43) at the MRTC Road Race Series 2nd 10 Miler held at Shelby Forest Sunday October 23rd. Jason is training to run his first marathon in December.

Good job! Mike Lauderdale (1:55.17) and Kelli Cianciola (2:30.04) ran the Shelby Farms Greenline Half Marathon on Sunday October 16th.  Both are preparing to run the Memphis St. Jude Marathon in December. 

Erica Singleton (1:33:38), Kelsie Price (2:20:12), and Jason Hill (2:24:23) competed in the Germantown Half Marathon held on Sunday March 13th.  Erica won the female 30-34 age group!

Carley Lane attended Carl Paoli's Freestyle Connection Seminar held at CrossFit Strong in Dallas, Texas on March 12th.

Brian Swanson competed in the Mississippi 50 Trail Run held in Laurel, Mississippi on March the 5th.  He completed the 50 mile event in a time of 11:27:41.
