CrossFit Chickasaw is a strength and conditioning facility located in Memphis, Tennessee. We use CrossFit training methods to produce the fastest and most effective results for each member of our community. Recent News

Aaron Kala and Meg Sights completed the Tough Mudder in Atlanta May 2nd.  It was their first event of this kind. 

Andy Werling and Zach Bruggen competed at the St. Jude Country Music Marathon & 1/2 Marathon held in Nashville, Tennessee April 25th.  Andy completed his first marathon in 5:05:12.  Zach ran the half finishing in a time of 1:45:07.  Very nice work gentlemen!

Brad Mifflin completed the CrossFit Level 1 Course at CrossFit Chickasaw April 18th & 19th.

Andrew Seamons and Jim Gilliland competed in the Los Locos Duathlon held April 12th in Lakeland, Tennessee finishing 2nd and 4th respectively in the Mens 45-49 age group.

Andy Werling placed 4th in his age group and 38th overall male at the Rebel Man Sprint Triathlon held April 12th in Oxford, Mississippi.
