CrossFit Chickasaw is a strength and conditioning facility located in Memphis, Tennessee. We use CrossFit training methods to produce the fastest and most effective results for each member of our community. At CrossFit Chickasaw, you will be introduced to a team of exceptional coaches that will guide you to your athletic, fitness, and nutritional goals, whatever they may be. From former couch potatoes to elite athletes and everyone in between, we will generate obvious results that cannot be disputed.

Recent News

Andrew Seamons compete in the Memphis in May Olympic Distance Triathlon held May 17th in Millington, Tennessee.  Andrew completed the 1.5k swim, 40k bike, and 10k run in 2:33:24.

Adam Singleton (1:14:37), Andy Werling (1:12:47), and Chris Dewan (1:21:51) all competed in the Memphis in May Sprint Triathlon.  The race, a 1/3 mile swim, 12 mile bike, 3 mile run, was held in Millington, Tennessee May 16th.

Aaron Kala and Meg Sights completed the Tough Mudder in Atlanta May 2nd.  It was their first event of this kind. 

Andy Werling and Zach Bruggen competed at the St. Jude Country Music Marathon & 1/2 Marathon held in Nashville, Tennessee April 25th.  Andy completed his first marathon in 5:05:12.  Zach ran the half finishing in a time of 1:45:07.  Very nice work gentlemen!

Brad Mifflin completed the CrossFit Level 1 Course at CrossFit Chickasaw April 18th & 19th.
