CrossFit Chickasaw specializes in general physical preparedness (GPP). Our program is crafted to get you as fit as possible in an hour or less a day. We broker in functional movements, variety, and intensity. We ask you to do things you’re not good at. We ask you to embrace the suck of a hard workout. And, we tell you to pay attention to what you eat. Do these things and results are inevitable.
